Z&S grapes are moved quickly from the field to cold storage to maintain an optimum level of freshness and minimize the berries’ water loss.  We offer a wide range of box sizes and pack styles, including consumer packs, bags, clamshells and specialty packs for export and foodservice. Table Grape Varieties

Z&S Fresh! table grapes come in three basic colors: green (sometimes called white), red and blue-black. Z&S grows and packs an extensive range of table grape varieties, each with its own season, texture and flavor.

Major green grape varieties are Calmeria, Thompson Seedless, Sugraone, Princess and Perlette.

Major red grape varieties are Emperor, Ruby Seedless, Christmas Rose, Flame Seedless, Crimson Seedless and Red Globe.

Major blue-black grape varieties are Beauty Seedless, Exotic, Fantasy Seedless, Marroo Seedless, Niabell and Ribier.
