Available 12 months out of the year, Z&S offers a wide variety of fresh tomato pack styles (including clamshells and poly bags)... and tomato varieties...Pear, Grape and Roma to just name a few. All tomatoes are graded using a quality scale of 1 to 7. Many factors are taken into consideration to procure the best quality available for your merchandising needs.

Cucumbers


There's nothing cooler than Z&S Fresh! Cucumbers.


We grow them in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, from small pickling to mammoth greenhouse varieties that can reach 20" or longer. Z&S Distributing offers a consistent high quality, and continuous supply of the freshest crisp cucumbers in a variety of convenient pack styles.


All Z&S Fresh! cucumbers are selectively graded by diameter, length, shape, and color. We are specifically searching for cucumbers that are firm, straight, uniformly smooth, and have a glossy dark green skin. After harvesting, our cucumbers are hydro-cooled to remove field heat as soon as possible. As a finishing touch, we wax the skin to reduce moisture loss and ensure longer shelf life.
